When will I get my order?
We will aim to dispatch all orders within our usual 1-10 working day turnaround, however as this is a huge launch for us and the demand is high, this may fluxuate. Rest assured we will keep you updated along the way via email and we will be working extended hours to get orders out asap.
Please note the above does not apply to any PRE ORDER items, you will be aware of the date for dispatch when adding the items to your basket.
We will always try our best to get orders to you for requested dates, however please bare in mind this is not guaranteed. If you have a date in mind please let us know in the order notes.

What happens if I order a normal item with something from the pre order Spring/Summer collection?
If you order something that is pre order, your full order will not be sent until the pre order item arrives. If you would like to receive your in stock items before hand you will need to place your order separately.
