Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time, unless we are contacted within 48 hours of the order being placed.

Can I have each item in my order individually gift wrapped?

Unfortunately, our beautiful packaging is desgined per order and is not charged for, therefore all orders will be shipped as one in a gift box if the item is not a sale item. Should you want a box per item, we would recommend ordering individually.

How does pre order work?

Pre orders will always have a longer dispatch date attached to them which is different to our usual working day turnaround. We will endevour to provide an accurate expected delivery date however this is subject to change for various reasons. Where possible we will alert customers if there is a change to delivery dates.

Pre order items are not elligable for cancellation, if you change your mind on a pre order item, we can offer a credit note or an exchange as an option.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use Royal Mail or UPS for all shipments

What is the shipping policy?

Please check the turnaround of items stated at the top of the website before placing your order.

The shipping method you select at the time of purchase is the method the order will be sent with not the timing you will receive your order in.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from ourselves. You will then receive further correspondence from royal mail or UPS with a tracking number.

If you are not in to receive the parcel and it is returned to us, it will be up to you to pay for the package to be returned again.

I have been charged customs, do I have to pay them?

Unfortunately, customs charges are not within our control. As the UK have now left the E.U. when you purchase or sell goods it means custom charges are applied.

The charges are decided by the government and customs and unfortunately are not something we change. We fill all supporting documents out before your order leaves us in accordance with what your parcel contains.

If you are incorrectly charged the dispute is with customs not us.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
