Your Christmas Questions answered
When will I get my order?
We are launching Christmas in stock this year so we will be sending Christmas orders out in early September, right through to December. However if an items sells out it will change over to PRE ORDER which will be clear when ordering.
If anything in your order is PRE ORDER, then your whole order will not be shipped until the pre order delivery arrives. If you would like to receive what is in stock asap then you must place two orders and order pre order items separately. This will ensure that your order doesn't get held up by your pre order items.
Although we are launching in stock we are a team of 10, so sadly the 1-10 working day turnaround does not apply to Christmas, but rest assured we will be sending all orders as quickly as we can.
Unfortunately we are taking NO REQUESTED DATES, this is the fairest way possible for us to work in order number order, in previous years we have focused too heavily on customers ordering for photoshoots etc and it consumes us making sure that the orders are out for a certain date. Therefore the decision has been made that we will work from the top to the bottom of the pile in order to ensure that it remains fair for everyone.
Can I have it personalised?
Of course!
We love personalisation, that's what makes us unique. Almost all of our Christmas 2024 collection has the option to be personalised.
This is all complementary too, so make the most of it and make your Christmas items extra special! All details about the embroidery can be found in the product description so you know what to expect.
When's the last date I can order?
Try and get your order in as early as possible to avoid disappointment as once a size is sold out there will be no restock.
International (including Ireland) - Our last shipping day will be 09.12.23
U.K - Our last shipping date will be 16.12.23
What happens if I order a normal item with something from the pre order Christmas collection?
If you order something that is not within our Christmas range with a Christmas pre order item, we will send all the items together. If you want part of the order that is available before the pre order items are sent out then we would recommend that you place two orders, to avoid the pre order item holding up your order.
